           Career History

Malia was trained by Killer Kowalski (trainer of Triple H and Chyna) and  has wrestled against nearly all the top professional female wrestlers the sport has had to offer as well as helped rookies like Molly Holly at the start of their careers.  A true champion of women’s wrestling and a lady of sports entertainment, Malia has been featured on the circuit across the world, working for companies like WLW (run by Harley Race), the WWA & WXW, who both work with AFE (Armed Forces Entertainment) to provide a little piece of home to the military troops stationed abroad.

In the beginning of her career Malia was featured in tag team action in the LPWA (Ladies’ Professional Wrestling Association) with Bambi.  Upon the demise of the LPWA, Malia began to rock the Independent scene fighting against Debbie Combs, Lei Lani Kai, Penelope Paradise, etc.  Later Malia met Terry Taylor, which led to appearances on WCW Monday Night Nitro against Madusa and Akira Hokoto.  She was also the only American professional wrestler  featured in the WCW Cruiser Weight Championship against the Japanese girls from GAEA.

Malia also helped a young newcomer to get her start with WCW. This rookie would go on to become Mona Madness and later be know as Mighty Molly Holly in the WWE.  After her role at World Championship Wrestling had ended Malia then received the opportunity to work for Vince McMahon at WWF (WWE today).  Her first appearance was as a fan who answered the open challenge from the ladies’ champion Ivory only to be beaten by Nicole Bass, the champ’s body guard.  Since she was instantly recognized from her WCW appearances the “Rocky Balboa” idea for Malia fell to the way-side.  WWF kept her under contract for a year before releasing her due to an internal lack of character idea development.

Malia continues to wrestle on the independent circuit and entertaining the fans, primarily performing for military troops stationed across the globe.
